About

Platforms serving SMBs are becoming operating systems.Add financial operations, and customers have more reasons to stay.Stand still, and they have more reasons to look elsewhere.

Origins

A decade in embedded fintech showed us what comes next.

Over the past decade, we built the APIs, integrations and partnerships behind embedded fintech at CurrencyCloud, TrueLayer, Codat, Monite, Fidel API, and Crezco.

That work led us here: SMBs do not need another finance tool. They need financial operations that run autonomously inside the platforms they already use, under those platforms' brands.

What we're building

Dolfin brings autonomous financial operations into the platform.

Accounts receivable and payable are live today, with agents that create compliant invoices, follow up on late payments, capture and pay bills, and reconcile transactions.

More autonomous financial operations follow, all under the platform's own brand and connected through the same integration layer.

James Regan

James Regan

CEO

James took API-led fintech platforms from first customer to exit across the EU and US, leading go-to-market at CurrencyCloud, Fidel API and Monite. He has worked on both sides of the integration and knows what makes platforms adopt, what drives SMB usage, and where partnerships break down.

Christian Holmes

Christian Holmes

COO

Christian started in SMB lending at Uncapped, before moving into embedded lending at finmid and embedded financial workflows at Monite. Years in platform partnerships showed him how financial products get adopted where SMBs already work, and what makes those partnerships commercially successful.
